Fantastic service from Shak and his team. Always very friendly and professional. When the fuse in my flat was tripped, Shak was able to arrive very promptly, fixing the issue with zero hassle.

I’ve had regular interactions with the security team from Berkshire Security Services. Overall, I’ve found them to be approachable, respectful, and committed to keeping the building safe and secure. They’re usually present and visible around the property, which helps create a sense of security especially during late hours. I appreciate that they handle situations calmly and professionally. What stands out to me is their polite attitude toward residents. It makes a difference when security staff are not only doing their job well but also treating people with respect.

THE BEST SECURITY. Very Kind helpful and very Respectful Always on time and won’t keep you waiting. There was a problem with the system and I couldn’t get a key made so I had to call security every time I had to go to my room and every time they were more than willing to help and always smiling.
